Position: Student Lrning Facilitator (Part Time)(Surprise Location)
Hourly Rate $12.25 - $17.06 per hour/DOENot Eligible for Benefits This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits.

Work Schedule Monday - Thursday, 12pm - 5pm, Saturday, 9am - 1pmHours could change depending on Computer Lab needs; not to exceed 19.5 hours/week

Job Summary This is a part-time position. This position performs various duties: provides software support and assistance to inperson and online students; answer phones and questions; responds to students: inperson, online, RioLearn Message Center, or phone; and provides guidance on college course material. Works under the direction of the CIS Certified Instructor Senior. Location of work: RSC Surprise, 12535 W. Smokey Dr.

Surprise, AZ 85378 Essential Functions 60% - Responds to course software questions from students in-person, online, phone, or RioLearn Message Center
30% - Provides guidance on course software, course material, and College resources
10% - Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications


Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Experience with Windows Operating System

C. Customer service experience

D. Effective written communication skills

E. Experience troubleshooting


Experience working in a team environment. Special Working Conditions Required to sit for prolonged periods of time viewing a computer monitor.
