We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative for a part-time position. Our ideal candidate is articulate, charismatic and unafraid of challenge. You are also self directed, organized and enthusiastic to work to support a well-developed business development / sales team.\n

This is a temporary, home-based role with an approximate 20 hour per week commitment required for an expected 6-month term. A high performer may create a longer-term opportunity for him/herself. \n

Hourly wage plus booking commission offered. The role is open to candidates with valid work authorization currently located in Canada. \n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n

Spend the time to understand what Virtira does and doesn?t do and strategically tailor your territory strategy to contacts and companies most able to generate revenue\n

Develop relationships with Virtira consultants to develop referrals into new and existing customers\n

Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with business strategy \n

Develop new opportunities in new and/or existing accounts by understanding and leveraging our experience in one division to open new revenues in other divisions\n

Attend reoccurring departmental and team meetings\n

Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities\n

Adhere to existing metrics and KPI?s\n

Ensure all info is accurately entered into CRM\n
Qualifications and Skills:\n

Experience in cold calling and creating your own leads \n

Disciplined to stay on track and persistent to stay motivated \n

Previous work with various CRM programs\n

Communicative with excellent verbal/written communication skills\n

Cisco knowledge or exposure and/or Cisco partner experience required\n

Strong ability to uncover customers? pain points and turn them into opportunities\n

2 years prior similar experience \n

B2B Sales Skills a necessity \n

Experience managing long and short sales cycles\n

A great attitude with the ability to have constructive conversations with business leaders\n

Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly\n

Detail-oriented and highly organized\n
