JOB SUMMARY:



As the business is growing rapidly, we are currently recruiting a Sales Manager who will harness the power of their direct report, driving sales force productivity and extracting the best performance from each individual sales representative. This role is responsible for leading the sales team to reach sales targets. Primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. The ideal candidate must be ambitious, motivated, and have strong leadership skills. In addition, the person is expected to be an effective communicator who possesses a high level of integrity and dependability.



Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals by arranging sales representatives’ daily activities and overseeing the sales team’s operation. Monitor the performance of the sales team, set up sales goals and milestones to ensure reaching/exceeding sales quotas and increase the sales volume. Keep up to date with the market demand to ensure Ground X offers the latest material categories and competitive pricing to formulate effective sales strategies. Implement sales policies and design systematic sales procedures to help the sales team research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential clients. Attend industry meetings and conferences to explore sales opportunities, meet with key clients to negotiate the terms and conditions on behalf of the company to maximize sales revenue. Guide the sales team to maintain a high level of service to keep long-lasting and beneficial relationships with clients Collaborate with other departments to create powerful sales campaigns and strategy to attract potential sales opportunities and enhance sales performance. Responsible to recruit and train new sales representatives, motivate the sales team and provide guidance and coaching when needed.
Skills requirements & Qualification: A bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in leading a sales team. Experience in the B2B environment is preferred. Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills, results-driven and self-motivated.
