About the Opportunity As a member of the Sales Department, the Sales Associate is accountable for the following core responsibilities: assisting the Area Sales Representative in selling the company product, managing the new home sales process, and providing an excellent customer service experience for both prospective and new buyers from pre-possession to post-possession, in accordance with current Company policies and procedures and in order to achieve Company sales goals.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist selling the company product with accurate and up to date knowledge of the Company and its products. They will be knowledgeable about the companies showhome or sales center features and standard specifications, builder warranty program, and financing options for the clients. The Sales Associate will also be knowledgeable on the communities amenities and features, and competitor product and pricing, to effectively market and sell to both potential and existing clients.

As a Sales Associate, you assist in supporting marketing initiatives by marketing the company product through several platforms, and the maintenance of clear and accurate sales information, including signage and sales materials.

You will interact with various clients such as home buyers, sales department, design, drafting, engineering, construction department; realtors while providing excellent customer service experience to all. The Successful Candidate will possess the following characteristics;
You like to sell, especially new homes, and you are successful r approach to selling is to qualify the buyer, listen to their needs, educate on the product and close the deal when the time is right.

You are diplomatic and persuasive in interacting with others, leveraging your people skills to achieve results.

You maintain poise and professionalism and have superior communication skills. You can work evenings, weekends and statutory holidays during standard show homes hours.
