The opportunity Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who wants to play a critical role on our Sales team generating reports, analyzing sales history, spotting the trends, and keeping the sales team abreast of all relevant numbers and what they mean.

You will provide analysis of critical sales metrics to measure performance, aid in important business decisions, and identify growth areas. You will partner directly with Sales, Marketing and Business development colleagues and leaders to develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support initiatives to the sales organization. Knowledge sharing.

You will gather and interpret marketing and sales information.

You will highlight key findings and offer valuable insights through Dashboards and reporting.

You will identify and maintain a set of standard reports needed to assess the progress of the business. Technology engagement.

You will leverage technology to maximize deal flow through the sales cycle.

You will act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and the related data entry, maintenance and update processes, ensuring the Sales team is engaged with the system. Project support.

You will focus on aligning multiple systems and processes from legacy and acquired Altus business, systems and processes, to form a unified process, workflow and system.

You will work on multiple cross business unit project teams providing insights into sales operations.

You will assess and provide solutions to recurring scenarios for the Sales team, identifying problems in existing processes, systems, and relationships to streamline, update, or build from new. In addition, you will partner with Sales management on new team onboarding and enablement projects including, drafting and delivering presentations. Sales enablement.

You will collaborate with marketing on the design and development collateral for sales enablement including pricing documents.

You will review content and how it is communicated to the Sales reps ensuring efficiency and expediency in new updates and new features.

You will provide feedback from sales reps to product marketing on the usefulness of the tools, materials, and collateral. Deal desk and proposal management.

You will assist with completing RFPs and Compliance Questionnaires., managing the gathering and entering of accurate information, and sharing the finalized document with the appropriate parties.

You will make improvements to ensure a smooth internal process across departments (i.e. technical vs. legal review).

You have 2+ years in a sales enablement or operations role, supporting internal teams with data management, process improvement, and reporting.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate report findings into actionable business deliverables. Ideally, you have spent time assisting and supporting deal desk and proposal work. The accountability.

You are highly organized and tactical in your approach, demonstrating initiative and ownership of your work, your tasks, your timelines. You can anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal clients, and you are driven to meet or exceed their expectations.
