In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience, the Sales & Marketing Administratorprovides support for the day-to-day working of the Sales & Marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintainup to date competitor analysis.
  • Ensure consistency across sales offices in terms of administrative procedures and reporting.
  • Maintain and issue various sales and marketing reports.
  • Ensure sales centre and model homes are maintained as per Mattamy standards for presentation.
  • Responsible for Invoiceand commissioncoding.
  • Responsible for organizing and attending Homeowner events.
  • Proof reading of marketing materials.
  • Website maintenance.
  • Attend and assist at sales launches.
  • Provide support to Sales &Marketing Manager and Sales Operations Specialist.
  • What You Bring

  • University or College education required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in an office administration rolewith proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Experienced at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated use of good judgment in handling large volume of requests with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communicationskills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Detail oriented with ability to check documents for accuracy, communicate detailed changes and ensure corrections are made.
  • Valid driver’s license. Must be willing to travel throughout the GTA.
