Job Description

Experience as a Front Desk Agent a definite asset but we will train the right person. Duties will include but not limited to:

- Insuring guests have a positive first and last impression of our hotel

- Make guest reservations and answer inquieries about rates and property

- Enter reservation booking details into the system accurately

- Greet guest and register guests

- Complete check ins and check outs

- Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department

- Maintain organization at the front desk

- Report directly to the General Manager or Office Manager

- Other duties as assigned, This position is primarily for B-Shift 3pm to 11pm although you will possibly receive A shift training so that you could cover in the case of sickness or holidays. We do not have L.I.M.A. certification so can not hire foreign workers. We need to fill this position asap so if you are looking to relocate from another town or province we can not wait that long sorry. A resume is required and you must be able to pass a criminal record check. This job may be permanent we just can not make any promises during this pandemic.
