As the University Recruiting Intern at the Unity studio in Montreal, you will be an integral part of a global team, supporting efforts to successfully deliver the intern program experience during the summer and plan for the upcoming recruiting season. The internship will consist of project-based assignments to broaden learning, experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen. 

In this position, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the University Recruiting and the People Organization at Unity. While gaining human resources experience, the University Recruiting Intern supports the University Recruiters in managing logistics for events, assisting with research on universities and organizations, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of two projects that support the university recruiting initiatives on partnerships and branding.
  • Support the Recruiters and University Recruiting Support in managing the intern program, such as maintaining communications, sending calendar invites, leveraging internal tracking tools, etc.
  • Partner with the team in building the strategy and planning for campus recruiting, including research and analysis of schools, tools, and potential events.
  • Lead the university recruiting social media presence for the summer intern program.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like budgets, weekly program activity, etc.).

    • Basic Requirements 

  • Be registered to a Canadian university in a relevant program, such as a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
  • Graduation date in December 2021 or in 2022 
  • English and French proficiency 

    • Requirements 

  • Project management capabilities with solid organization and attention to detail skills
  • Familiarity with or the ability to learn relevant tools and programs (e.g., Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, AirTable, etc.)
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute
  • Strong collaborative, analytical, problem-solving, communication presentation, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience and understanding of social media as a recruitment tool

  • Duration: During 16 weeks, from May 3 (or May 10) to August 20 2021, you will develop your skills by contributing to stimulating projects.
