Position Description:

Technology and Operations Risk’s mission is to deliver first-line defenses to manage risks to Firm technology, information and cyber threats through risk identification, control management and assurance. This allows the business to operate and grow in a secure and legally compliant manner.
Technology Risk Education is seeking an individual who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Senior Administrator for Technology Policy training projects. The role will encompass a combination of online training content supervision, project management, and administration of the Firm’s Learning Management System (LMS). The optimal candidate for this role will be someone who can manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at all levels of the Firm. This person will work closely with the Tech Risk Education team, managing a library of courses for the Technology Policy through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The LMS administration work will require close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage (design/develop/distribute) required trainings that support the Global Technology and Technology Business Unit Policies, Standards and ProceduresMediate with various division stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts on training and awareness contentMaintain the Technology Risk area of the HR SharePoint required training calendarInterface with Human Resources on required training initiativesManage vendor relationshipsAdminister training assignments and other tasks in the Firm’s Learning Management SystemManage Technology Job Family assignment process/complianceRun training metrics for the business as neededReview and edit ad-hoc documents for technical accuracyRespond to individuals, auditors/regulators etc. on Technology Risk training-related issuesManage associate and consultant staffProvide additional support as needed to the Tech Risk Education Team

This is a non-technical role and the selected candidate will be located in Montreal, working with a global team of IT Security professionals.

QUALIFICATIONSSkills Required:

8 plus years of experience in a similar role – overseeing all aspects of online mandatory training delivery, from initial consultation and planning through to execution and follow-upBachelor’s degree in a related subjectExtensive project management experienceExcellent communication, presentation and written skills in order to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader teamCapable of driving global objectives by creating, optimizing and executing a concrete plan.Ability to influence and engage with senior managementInstructional design/development expertise to create and/or revise impactful online learning contentAbility to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivatedStrong analytic skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio)Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives

Skills Desired:

Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS)Knowledge of Technology Policies/Standards/Procedures and related risksUnderstanding of instructional design and delivery

Knowledge of French and English is required.
