TTEC Company is looking for a full-time customer-oriented service representative to assist with customer retention, data management, and general service support. The role will act as a liaison between support and customers, helping to identify any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with our solutions or services. This role can be performed remotely.ResponsibilitiesManage customer retention processPerform daily CSR calls and emailsIdentify and assess customers’ satisfaction levelsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate feedback to support teamHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkills3 years of IT industry experience requiredProven customer support experience as a digital client service representativeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeJob Type: Part-timePay: $20.00/30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offWork from homeSchedule: Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations: Employees are working remotely during COVID-19.
