Customer-oriented service representative

Job Description


Amazon Company is looking for a full-time customer-oriented service representative to assist with customer retention, data management, and general service support. The role will act as a liaison between support and customers, helping to identify any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with our solutions or services.
