We are currently considering candidates for the following position:

  • Assistant Front Desk Manager
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Front Desk Manager and other Assistant Managers in leading the daily operations of the Front Desk team, and responsibilities will include maintenance of service standards & guest satisfaction at the highest level; motivation, training, and development of team members; guest obsessed management program, administrative duties such as daily statistic reports, front desk accounting, reservation management, payroll, scheduling; leading emergency response procedures.

    Job Requirements

    Excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented leader, with minimum 2 years Front Desk supervisory experience in a similar environment. Candidate must have exceptional guest service and communication (both verbal and written) skills, and strong attention to detail, as well as proven leadership and problem-solving abilities. Some Post-Secondary education is required, preferably in a recognized Hospitality Program. Flexibility in shifts is essential, some nights will be required. Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are preferred.
