Boston Group Heartland Ltd is looking for a full time permanent Indian Cook- Sweet maker, Curry & Snack Cook.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Positions Available: 2

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook the following East Indian sweets Gulab Jamun, Burfi, Laddoo, Besan, Rasmalai, Gazar Halwa etc.
• Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and food items including vegetarian & non-vegetarian curry(s) and different kind of Currys.
• Prepare and Cook Shahi Paneer, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, Channa Bhatura, Daal Makhni & sambar, Aloo curry.
• Prepare aloo tikki, chat papri, gol gappe, raj kachori, kathi rolls, vadu pau, keema pau.
• Maintain clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
• Monitoring and maintaining daily supplies as required.
