Main responsibilities Debone, cut, and package poultry and prepare it for sale Fill counters with products (meat, poultry and other department products) Provide outstanding and thoughtful customer experience Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and perform product rotation Respect the work methods and rules of the meat department Make sure merchandise receiving follows cold chain procedures Keep all work tools, work stations, counters, shelves and refrigerators cleanClean the bottom of refrigerators and freezers Gather baskets and empty boxes in the right places Follow personal safety and food safety standards Perform any other task required by supervisor Job requirements One year of experience as a butcher would be an asset DEP - retail butcher or equivalent (an asset) Available for flexible hours (Including evenings and weekends) Required Profile Teamwork and customer service Have a desire to learn and must be able to work quickly and under pressureAbility to lift loads (40 lbs) and work cold Good knowledge of French (Bilingualism will be an asset) Note: The use of gendered terms is not intended to discriminate.
