Associate and Family Assistance Program to support healthy living What you'll doIt's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

Coordinates the preparation and analysis of all financial planning processes (long range, annual, monthly, daily forecasting) through communication and collaboration with Business Partners. Leverages breath of expertise to verify and provide guidance around viability of financial plan.

Analyzes monthly financial statements and variances to plan/rolling plan (Income Statements and Balance Sheet) by leveraging business partnerships and business knowledge

Collaborates with Merchandise Planning, Store Operations, and Marketing to stream line and make efficient use of corporate information as well as meet business objectives

Presents analysis and recommendations to Senior Executives Partners with the business to provide support materials to enhance internal decision making What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning and/or analysis

Advanced problem solving skills including analysis of information and research skills with knowledge of design/manipulation concepts

Ability to work in a detail-oriented, multi-project environment while meeting tight and fixed deadlines

Investigative seeker, innovative thinker with a passion for quantitative analysis and desire to continually add value and help achieve business results Posting details
