This position is responsible for assessing, analyzing and providing recommendations for plan design, job evaluation, legal compliance, implementation and administration of the organization's Compensation programs, including Base pay, Variable pay, Equity programs and Car program. This position also supports Compensation initiatives and counsel, designed to attract, motivate and retain Associates

Assesses, analyzes and provides recommendations on TJXC base pay programs including pay structures, job descriptions, job evaluations and market surveys, ensuring equity and legislative compliance

Conducts in-depth market analyses and recommendations to ensure ongoing awareness of emerging trends and legislation. Assesses utilization and measures the effectiveness of compensation plans through the development of financial and behavioral metrics

Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data by which compensation practices can be analyzed and meaningful comparisons made

Seeks out opportunities to assess and develop tools/resources to streamline compensation process efficiencies What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:5+ years of work experience in a Compensation capacity

Strong analytical skills, including analysis of survey data, report data, and costing

Ability to counsel and provide recommendations, including to senior levels in the organization

Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Strong communication skills including written and verbal (one-on-one counsel, in meetings or presentations, e-mail, written communications, letters, etc.) Posting details
