Top Shelf Promotions is currently looking for an entry level individual with a customer service and sales background for our full time Direct Sales Associate position. For this position, Top Shelf Promotions has found that candidates who have worked in retail, sales, restaurant, hospitality or customer service industries excel as they have the people skills to provide the “personal touch" that the company is known for. This company specializes in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

This Direct Sales Associate position is full-time and involves in-person interaction with customers in an event marketing setting.

Responsibilities of the Direct Sales Associate:
Approach customers and understand how needs can be met by products and services offered Oversee marketing events including inventory management and visual merchandising Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice Identify key product attributes, perform product demonstrations, deliver in-depth product knowledge to customers and educate customers on benefit of each product Additional tasks as required
Due to recent expansion, our marketing team is willing to train a highly motivated individual for management, customer service, and retail lead generation opportunities, but they must be willing to train in an entry level position. This Direct Sales Associate opening is ideal for college graduates or professionals with customer service or sales experience looking for a career change because this is an entry level position in a brand-new industry.

Requirements of the Direct Sales Associate:
