Alternatives Residences (ARA) is a non-profit organization in Greater Moncton providing housing and support services for those living in the community with a mental illness. If you believe in a greater purpose by providing to those in need, this could be for you!

We are currently seeking a well-qualified candidate as the Accounting and Administration Specialist who manages the day-to-day accounting functions and office administration needs, including property and client management. The successor will report to the Executive Director, with a close liaison to the Community Resource Manager. This opportunity can be either full time or part part depending on the the candidate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to know the organization they work for makes a difference in the community. This role is flexible and the incumbent can stretch the goals and objectives to accelerate their career aspirations. The role is fairly independent, you will have the support you need to be successful but are expected to be able to work independently, using iniatiitive to to improve the day to day operations of the business.

We are open to part time employment or job sharing depending on the candidates. This could be a perfect fit for professionals that are semi-retired or returning parents.
