Contributes to the overall success of the Automotive Finance Department in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teamâs business strategies and objectives.
Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
â¢ Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
â¢ Marketing, Communication and Program Management. Liaise with marketing and other internal partners to execute on the strategy to align national standards. Lead the project planning and day-to-day management of the internal programs to support awareness and alignment to the core sales behaviors. Standardize and manage the content preparation for regional sales meetings.
â¢ Sales Support. Develop national approach on sales call material and assist in executing on sales support material for prioritized accounts.
â¢ Training/Programming. Assist with training and performance work specifically around Metrics of Success and developing training kits to sustain learning and maintaining a repository of learning.

â¢ Manage Corporate Programs: Applause, BOB, Pinnacle and National Sales Conference
â¢ Understand how the Bankâs risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
â¢ Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
â¢ Champions a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
â¢ University Degree and/or equivalent business experience
â¢ 2-3 years of sales support and marketing or sales program development/management experience
â¢ Strong verbal and written communicator and proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
â¢ In-depth knowledge of business related computer software specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word (data import/export).
â¢ Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop and execute on solving.
â¢ Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
